Intake Session (First Meeting)
60-75 minutes
Play Therapy begins with an intake session with just the parents and therapist. We’ll discuss the issues your child is facing, as well as fill out necessary forms together.

Individual Play Therapy
50-55 min
Each week, your child and the therapist will meet in the Play Room to have fun, meaningful expression, and to gently explore the troubles that are currently affecting them.

Sliding scale available
Parent Consultation
60 minutes
Every 3 to 4 weeks, the therapist and parents will meet to discuss progress and observations with your child both inside and outside the Play Therapy setting.

Payment
We accept therapy fees by cash, check, credit, or debit card. Payment is due at the time of service, or arrangements can be made to pay in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend a session, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a missed appointment fee of $50.
Insurance
Bloom Play Therapy does not currently accept insurance. However, if your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, you may be able to be reimbursed for your child’s therapy. If requested, we can provide you with a statement to submit for reimbursement. The extent of reimbursement will vary. Call your insurance provider to find out what your particular plan will cover.
